National Marketing Manager in Boca Raton, Florida

Position Summary
The National Marketing Manager develops and maintains entrepreneurial marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. As a marketing generalist, the Marketing Manager will develop all efforts related to marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. The Marketing Manager will work with Sales and other departments to increase the exposure and awareness of the organization?s value propositions. The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and oversee a Strategic Marketing Plan. The Marketing Manager will also develop and manage marketing materials, assist with the generation and management of prospective client leads and manage post-acquisition brand support for the organization. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will develop and maintain strategies for public relations where needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Core Responsibilities
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
Sales enablement ? communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop sales
tools that support the selling process of our products
Product launch ? plan the launch of new products/relationships and releases and manage the cross-functional
implementation of the plan
Market intelligence ? be the expert on our clients, their selection criteria; be the expert on your competition
and how to crush them
Demand generation ? develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your
products
Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities, including trade shows and similar
activity
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Manage the productivity/results of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to Senior Management
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Develop new channels for promotions and partnerships that further the organizational needs, targeted at our
specific market
Oversees creation and design of art and copy layouts for material to be presented in product brochures,
newspaper journals, Internet websites, and other visual communications media
Oversees use of Customer Relationship Management solution (SalesLogix) (SugarCRM)
Oversees the creation and implementation of Webinars and other training tools for Sales staff
Other duties as assigned directly by the National Sales Manager

Experience with relevant software applications, especially the use of CRM solutions
Education and Qualifications:
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
5-7 Years of marketing experience
Administrative experience and knowledge relevant to credit union/financial/automobile industry helpful
Special Requirements:
Physical demands include ability to lift up to 25 pounds, particularly related to tradeshow events
Standing, sitting, bending, general physical mobility
Ability to travel by airplane, bus, taxi or other means of transportation as necessary
Ability to work on a laptop or personal computer as well as talk on the phone for extended periods of time is required
Ability to work extended and/or flexible hours
